Sales have been launched at 150 Barrow Street, aka The Keller, a new residential condominium in the West Village neighborhood of Manhattan. The boutique development is located at the northeast corner of Barrow Street and West Street, one block south of Christopher Street.
150 Barrow Street embraces the neighborhood’s history while setting a new standard of splendor. It incorporates the landmarked Keller Hotel and a newly built seven-story structure which adjoins the former hotel to the east. The property will contain 24 apartments and two commercial units.
According to the offering plan, the residential component of 150 Barrow Street will have a sell out of $107 million. Additionally, there are 24 storage cages available for purchase. The commercial space is not for sale.
The Keller offers a prime location across from the Hudson River Greenway, a virtual wonderland of recreational activities. Most of the residences enjoy an open view across the Hudson.

The offering plan shows a mix of one to four-bedroom residences. At present fourteen apartments have been released, nine of which are already under contract. The one bedroom residences start at $2,64 million. Two bedroom units start at $3.54 million. Three bedrooms start at $5.29 million and the four bedroom homes start at $9.995 million.
There are two penthouse units. The grandest residence is Penthouse A, a 4,287 square foot four-bedroom duplex with 2,073 square feet of private outdoor space. The price for the unit is $17.5 million. Both penthouses are currently under contract.
At present more than $58 million worth of contracts have been signed. The average price per square foot for the apartments under contract is $3,298. The average per square foot price for the released units is $3,236.
The homes at 150 Barrow Street are flooded with light through oversized windows. They feature wide plank oak flooring, high ceilings, high-efficiency central heating and cooling systems and washer/dryers.
The open kitchens offer elegant form and function. Attributes include large eat-in peninsulas, honed white Macaubas slab countertops and backsplashes, a top-of-the-line appliance suite and custom walnut cabinetry.
