The price represents a decrease of 2.3% from the median price of $1,100,000 recorded in February 2022. The number of apartment sales dropped dramatically from 985 to 649 reflecting a year-over-year decrease of 34.1%.
February represents the sixth consecutive month that the volume of year-over-year sales have dipped in the borough.
