Condo Sales Launched at 733 Ocean Parkway

Sales have been launched at 733 Ocean Parkway, aka Arbor, a new residential condominium in Kensington, Brooklyn. The mid-block development is located between Parkville Avenue and Foster Avenue.

733 Ocean Parkway will rise nine floors and contain 30 residential apartments across floors two through nine.  

According to the offering plan, the residential component of 733 Ocean Parkway will have a sell out of $21.976 million.  There are an additional seven deeded parking spots with a sell out of $560,000.  

Floors two through five will each contain four residential units.  Floors eight and nine will each have three residences.  The building will largely contain a mix of studio, one-bedroom and two-bedroom units.  There will be one three-bedroom home on the eighth floor.

The average price per square feet of the current offerings is $894.
